Bill Trochiano, CEO

As CEO and founder of the Trochiano Insurance Agency, Bill leverages over 35 years of accounting and tax planning expertise to deliver tailored, strategic solutions to clients. His leadership has established both firms as a trusted name known for excellence and integrity. Bill began his career in 1988 with top New York firms before launching his accounting practice in 1992. Today, he is fully licensed in property, casualty, and life insurance, leads a growing team, including his two sons, and remains dedicated to industry innovation and client success.

Beyond the firm, Bill is active in community service, holding roles such as Treasurer for Marlboro Little League and the Marlboro High School Baseball Diamond Club, and serves on the Monmouth Council BSA Board. He is a licensed CPA in NJ, NY, and FL and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and state CPA societies.

William Trochiano, COO

As the Chief Operating Officer of the Trochiano Insurance Agency, William became an insurance professional after receiving his MBA from Radford University. He is fully and currently licensed in property, casualty, and life insurance financial products and advisory. William brings a strategic, results-driven approach to risk management. Before transitioning into the industry, he enjoyed a successful career in baseball, where he honed his skills in teamwork, discipline, and performance under pressure—qualities that now fuel his commitment to delivering client-centered solutions in the insurance field.

Justin Trochiano, CFO

After receiving his accounting degree from Monmouth University and becoming the Chief Financial Officer of the Trochiano Insurance Agency, Justin leverages five years of professional experience in accounting and tax advisory to bring precision and analytical insight to the insurance industry. His background in financial reporting, bookkeeping, tax strategies, and financial analysis enhances his ability to assess risk and tailor coverage solutions that align with clients’ financial goals. Justin also specializes in property and casualty insurance products and advisory.

Justen Tornabene, CMO

Having written his first computer program at age 13, Justen later went on to start and grow his technology company, Advon Technology Solutions, from a startup to a seven-figure business. He received a business degree from Johnson and Wales University and has served in the US Army. Justen currently works with the Trochiano Insurance Agency as the Chief Marketing Officer and brings along almost ten years worth of experience of creating customer acquisition and business-growth strategies from his time as a CEO in his own company. Justen is fully licensed in property and casualty insurance products, and specializes in customer satisfaction.
